Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly + commission pay structure
• Team members average approximately $27/hour excluding tips
• Opportunity to earn $1,000+ weekly plus tips
• Many homes tip generously
• Optional weekend shifts available for additional income

What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed residential cleaning services
• Complete move-in/move-out cleanings
• Perform post-construction cleaning projects
• Dust, vacuum, scrub, sanitize, and maintain high cleaning standards
• Work efficiently while managing cleaning schedules and assignments
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Help create clean, comfortable spaces for clients and families

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Clean criminal background
