Compensation & Perks

• Target Earnings: Earn an average of $27/hr via our base hourly + commission model.
• Weekly Potential: Take-home pay can exceed $1,000+ per week (plus customer tips).
• Schedule Control: Standard daytime weekday hours. Optional weekend shifts are open for those wanting extra income.

Daily Responsibilities

• Execute top-tier detailed cleaning protocols across local residential properties.
• Manage deep cleans for real estate transitions, including move-in/move-out projects.
• Standardize environments using advanced dust, vacuum, and sanitation techniques.
• Navigate shifting daily schedules efficiently while maintaining meticulous quality control.
• Coordinate with fellow team members to uphold our signature service standards.
• Deliver stress-free, pristine living spaces for our valued Spokane clients.

Applicant Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 24 months working in a professional cleaning capacity.
• Attributes: Sharp eye for detail, strong self-motivation, and a helpful, positive attitude.
• Logistics: Dependable personal vehicle, active driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Compliance: Must pass a standard criminal background check.
• Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously.
